Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy levels, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during the shift.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling guest inquiries and internal communications efficiently.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate late-night requests or resolve facility issues swiftly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or front desk roles within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel management systems.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse populations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and effective communication.
