What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Choice Hotels International?
We are seeking a 3rd shift front desk clerk
- Must have previous hotel experience
- Must have reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Greeting everyone with a smile, making sure they feel at home as soon as they walk through the door.
-Providing guests with quick and friendly check-in and check-out experiences.
-Provide expertise in the local area, events, and great places to grab food, coffee, or drinks.
-Properly navigating our booking and payment systems to ensure guest information is accurately recorded and proper cash or credit card payments are collected.
-Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, community kitchen, lobby, and laundry facility.
-Professionally handling challenging personalities
-Properly Running Night Audit Duties
-Prepping and starting the Breakfast Bar for the Morning.
