Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure every guest room and public space meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Schedule:
- Start your day at 9:00 AM
- Work up to 5 days per week
- Weekend availability required
What You’ll Be Doing: Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, including room attendants and inspectors
- Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Quality Control & Inspections:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met
- Ensure all rooms are guest-ready with proper setup, fresh linens, and stocked amenities
- Address and resolve quality issues promptly
Operations & Coordination:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure timely room turnover
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams to resolve issues and prioritize guest needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Training & Development:
- Coach team members on best practices, safety standards, and attention to detail
- Support onboarding and continuous training to maintain high performance
Guest Experience Focus:
- Ensure every room delivers a welcoming, high-quality first impression
- Respond to guest requests or concerns quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively lead and communicate with team members and other departments
- Problem-Solving Skills: Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to challenges
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Leads by example and supports a collaborative environment
