Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, sanitized, and inviting. Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including sanitation of fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces using appropriate chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Handle laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and pressure washing when necessary.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning tasks to ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
- Operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively for floor care, window cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture movement while adhering to manual handling safety protocols.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including chemical handling, sanitation standards, and infection control practices.
- Experience with floor care methods such as vacuuming, mopping, and pressure washing.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
