Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and assist with room assignments.
- Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are correctly processed and documented.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and ensure room readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and night audit procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with resort environments is a plus.
