Breakfast Attendant - Part Time
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Akron NW/Fairlawn! Across from Summit Mall
The ideal breakfast candidate would be an early riser, as the shift begins at 5:45 am.
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:
- Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
- Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
- Resolving customers' queries and complaints.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
- Putting away stock as it arrives at the hotel.
Breakfast Attendant Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
- Attentive to detail.
- Friendly, service-driven disposition.
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as needed.

Typical Shifts: Weekdays 5:45am to 11am, Saturday & Sunday 6am to 12pm
May need to stay as late as 1 pm during the week and 1:30 pm on weekends to put away stock on days that we have food deliveries.
