Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface disinfecting, and detailed cleaning of public spaces such as lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong skills in floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy linens or moving furniture when needed.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is beneficial but not mandatory.
