Front Desk Agent – Part-Time
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Schedule: 3 days a week, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.75/hour, based on experience
Duties
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience during their stay. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel
- Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
- Assisting guests with their needs, such as making reservations or providing recommendations for local attractions
- Handling guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
