We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, supervising projects, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel property to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform residential painting, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment.
- Maintain and repair facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues with equipment.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
Skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests and team members.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
