Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead maintenance projects, supervise team members, and effectively troubleshoot various issues. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our facilities and ensuring a safe environment for all.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee and supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality work.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Know working knowledge of PTAC system, repair, cleaning and replacement.
• Able to be trained in pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge.
• effectively.
• Proficient in electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Experience in supervising teams or leading projects is preferred.
• Skills in painting are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
