Duties

• Greet and assist guests during late-night arrivals and early departures with professionalism and warmth
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations management
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently
• Maintain front desk operations by processing check-ins/check-outs, verifying identification, and updating guest records
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their stay
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the hotel premises during overnight hours

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is preferred
• Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
• Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety protocols
