We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and brand-standard guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to IHG brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure carts and storage areas are clean and organized
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
Schedule
- Day shift (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or until rooms are completed)
- Weekends and holidays required
