Position Summary:
Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front office team. This overnight position plays a key role in guest satisfaction and financial accuracy while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment during nighttime hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and provide excellent service to all guests during overnight hours.
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain security and monitor the property throughout the night.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and overnight shifts.
- Proficient with hotel systems(PEP PMS)
- Must be dependable and punctual.
Schedule:
- Part-time, overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or similar).
