Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and team members across multiple channels.
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations.
- Support hotel management in daily operations to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in fast-paced environments such as resorts or hotels.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures including reservations, guest services, and night audits.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and hotel management software enhances your effectiveness in this role.
