Breakfast Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests during the breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service while enjoying their meals. We are looking to fill this position part time ONLY Saturday and Sunday. 6am to 12pm

Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, 6 am to 10 am ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in food preparation, including cooking and meal preparation for breakfast items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces after each guest's departure.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to ensure timely delivery of food items and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with catering events or special requests as needed, drawing on any banquet or catering experience.
• Ensure all breakfast areas are restocked and clean. All trash bins have been emptied and taken to dumpster wearing proper gloves. Sweep, mop and vacuum entire breakfast area. All dishes are to be washed with soap water and sanitized and air dried then put away.
• Guest cookies should baked during or at the end of shift. Front desk will set them out at 3pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, including restaurant or hotel experience.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest relations and customer service excellence
• Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary aide experience is a plus.

Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or barista duties is beneficial.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
