The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. This position handles reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and concerns
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
- Follow hotel policies, cash-handling, and security procedures
Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and reservation system knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
