Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in hotel management are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations in our resort setting.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and assistance as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation when required
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service tailored to individual needs
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (additional languages are a plus) to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Experience in resort or hotel environments, especially in guest services or night audit roles, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest relations best practices

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
