POSITION
- Carries out the daily auditing and balancing of guest house accounts, including all transactions therein shift.
- Front desk Night Audit Shift 11 PM to 7 AM
- Carries out the duties of a Front Desk Attendant.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Post all daily room charges to the guest ledger and ensure that all are correct
- Check-in and check-out guests during the night shift
- Ensure that all checkout bills are done efficiently, correctly, and timely
- Ensure all receipts for the shift are properly recorded, balanced, and deposited in the hotel’s drop-safe
- Settle all credit cards and balances
- Keep the public space clean at all times during your shift, which included moping and vacuuming.
- Summarize all adjustments or rebates to be signed by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Restock the market and front desk supply if necessary, also take inventory of the vending.
- Check all supporting documentation
- Prepare register guest report/high balance and take necessary action to ensure appropriate credit limits are given to customers
