What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Houseman/Maintenance position at Holiday inn Express Hotel & Suites?
We are looking for someone who capable of doing minor repairs,maintaining the outdoor pool,and the property inside and outside through the year.You will be required to take the Hotel based trainning on a computer. Must be professional and able to maintain a working relationship with all Contractors, Hotel Guests. and anyone affilated with the Property. On occasion you may need to place phone calls to our vendors ,ex: storage containers,dumpsters,,,etc.
Basic sheetrock knowledge is prefered Must have reliable transportation and the ability to follow instructions, have the initiative to work on their own and follow job duties. On occasion you need to return to the Hotel after you complete your shift if an emergency arises.
