Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in or out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately.
- Monitor the hotel’s security systems, and ensure safety protocols are upheld throughout the property.
- Prepare detailed nightly reports including financial transactions, guest accounts, and incident logs to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest relations and satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as balancing accounts, and updating reservation records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transition between shifts and uphold hotel standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly preferred, especially in a resort or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel night audit procedures is essential for success in this role.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on guest relations and resolving inquiries efficiently.
