Position: Hotel Night Auditor
Location: Holiday Inn Express Forsyth
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
- Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Balance cash, credit card, and other payment records.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services.
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel during overnight hours.
- Prepare reports for management and ensure the front desk is ready for the morning shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work overnight, including weekends and holidays.
