Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency during the night shift.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized
Experience:
- Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred (Opera)
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
