Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and cared for from check-in to check-out. SCHEDULE

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Weekday start time at 8:30am and Saturday Start time at 9am
• Hours depend upon the amount of checkouts and cleaning reponsibilities and shift end times vary (Typically no later than 1-2pm and 3pm on linger days)

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies inventory; report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed during quieter periods or upon request.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and standards of cleanliness is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety protocols.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus.
