Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Applicant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a clean and inviting breakfast area on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This role involves preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy their morning meal - as well as maintaining clean rooms for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including cooking appliances.
- Manage the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages or issues.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and dining areas after service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Experience in guest services with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions effectively.
- Basic culinary skills with the ability to cook breakfast items.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
- Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a tidy kitchen environment.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
HOURS
- Schedule begins at 5:30 am and usually is over by 12pm
- Days/Amount of days are flexible, but Sunday is needed and would like coverage at least 2-3 other days during the week
