- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers courteously and professionally.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of guest services by demonstrating hospitality management skills and attention to detail.

Requirements
