Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Support guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall satisfaction during their stay
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with international guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and hotel management best practices
- Previous experience in night audit procedures is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role
