Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper upkeep and repair of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance needs
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize future issues
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and hotel policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role preferred
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
