Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent service quality.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall property upkeep.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after each shift.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately.
