Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
- Assist with customer support by addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing positive experiences for guests.
- Professional phone etiquette.
