Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager / Guest Services Manager to oversee all front desk and guest service operations. The ideal candidate will lead the front office team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage daily operations efficiently, and maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily front office operations, including front desk, reservations, guest services, and concierge functions.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate front desk and guest service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and guest service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing staff development.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor billing accuracy and front office financial controls.
- Review guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hospitality industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of front office, guest services, or hospitality management experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Experience with hotel operations and guest relations.
