Job Description
Holiday Inn Express Locust Grove is hiring dependable and customer-focused individuals for Front Desk and Night Audit roles. We are looking for team members who can work evening or overnight shifts and take pride in providing excellent guest service.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk (3 PM – 11 PM):
- Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Address guest questions and concerns professionally
- Process payments and basic billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Night Audit (11 PM – 7 AM):
- Complete nightly audit and balance daily reports
- Post room and incidental charges
- Handle late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor property safety during overnight hours
- Prepare reports for morning management
- Maintain a professional and calm presence overnight
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Able to work independently, especially overnight
