Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about the hotels amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Handle all guest relations by addressing concerns calmly, professionally and proactively resolve any and all issues.
Requirements
- Prefer experience in a hotel environment or guest relations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours and holidays as needed
- Weekend availability is a must.
