*Job Summary* As a Front Desk Agent at our resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival - Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all their needs are met - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Operate the phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls - Assist with reservations, room assignments, and cancellations - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area *Qualifications* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
