Executive Housekeeper Manager

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for an Executive Housekeepers for its Award Winning Hotels in the North Dayton Area.

This position oversees all housekeeping duties to include, but not limited to:

• Cleaning of all guest rooms
• Completion of all laundry requirements daily
• Cleaning of all public area, meeting rooms and storage rooms
• Scheduling, hiring and organizing of the housekeeping staff
• Supervising, training all staff within the housekeeping department
• Attending to guest and staff needs
• Assisting staff on a daily basis to make sure entire hotel is clean and sanitized
• Working with other departments to ensure guests satisfaction
• Help maintain above average GRS scores
• Purchasing for the department
• Monitor brand standards
• Any other duties assigned by General Manager or the Management Company.

This position requires an organized person who can handle multiple projects on a day to day basis in a fast paced hotel environment. Ability to get along with staff and guests alike is important to maintain a friendly hotel atmosphere making sure that we run 100% guest satisfaction.

The qualified candidate must be available to work any days, including weekends, but not every weekend, holidays and be on call if needed. This is a "management" position and we expect our managers to do what it takes to accomplish the job set forth for them to do and continue to make this hotel successful and to be rewarded for a job well done!

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
