Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as Hotel Key or similar hospitality reservation systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and hospitality.
- Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily hotel management activities.
- Address guest concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests, vendors, and team members to ensure clear and courteous interactions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and front desk operations within a hotel environment.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS), especially Hotel Key or similar platforms used in hotel management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents.
