JOB SUMMARY: To provide clean and fully supplied rooms for guests.
Essential Functions:
- Cleaning and stocking all guest rooms (including changing linens on beds
- Dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, washing walls, floor tiles,toliets,tubs, sinks and fixtures )
- Cleaning common areas
- Reporting maintenance and repair items promptly
- Performing deep cleaning and routine maintenance
- Working in an efficient and productive mode
- Reporting to work in a timely manner
- Turning in all lost and found items immediately
- Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security
- Assist with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties
- Exhibit courteous manner with guests
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by the head housekeeper or General Manager
Qualifications Standards:
- Clean rooms within established goals per room
- Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training
- Be organized and efficient
- Possess good leadership and communications skills
- Have a clear understanding of the goals and expectations
- Be mature and responsible.
- Portray a professional image to the guests and employees
- Have a positive attitude displayed in a relaxed, competent and bright disposition
- Have a strong sense of moral decency, fair play and common sense
