Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction and positive relations
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details using hotel management software
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management, guest services, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest demographic
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and night audit processes is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
