Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. If you are a customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- Answer and screen phone calls as they come in throughout shift
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations throughout shift
- Check in and check out guests
- Demonstrate knowledge of the area by willingly offering suggestions to new travelers
- Accommodate guest needs throughout their stay
Qualifications:
- A willingness to learn, communicate, and smile :)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with various computer software
- Prior experience in hotels/customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
