Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional breakfast service. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing outstanding customer service to create a memorable start to each guest’s day. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure a hygienic environment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
• Assist with food handling and portioning, adhering to dietary guidelines and food industry best practices
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly in-person customer service
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with cleaning duties to uphold health and safety regulations
• Support catering or banquet setups when required, demonstrating flexibility in food service operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant service, preferably within a hospitality or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards
• Experience with operating kitchen equipment and manual handling techniques required for efficient workflow
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels effectively
• Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory
• Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous; dietary aide experience is beneficial as well
