Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
  • Manage guest reservations efficiently using hotel management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, special requests, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support guest relations and hotel operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in resort or hotel environments enhances your ability to handle complex guest needs confidently.
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, night audit procedures, and front desk operations.
