What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Country Inns & Suites by Radisson?
The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lawrence is in need of a Front Desk Agent to serve as the face of our business and senior management's connection with our guests. We're looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs and complaints. You'll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone, and in person. Light cleaning duties required. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as in a team.
If you've worked in the hospitality industry before, we want to talk to you. However, we're willing to train the right applicant. A preferred candidate will have open availability and be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Reliability is a must. Apply here to be considered.
