We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of our hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or hospitality training preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed
