Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations at our Holiday Inn Express in Blue Ash, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving revenue performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, sales strategies, and cost control
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, and financial reporting
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards and local regulations
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with ownership and revenue management teams to achieve business goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of hotel management experience (IHG experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
