What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outlets Manager position at The Summit Hotel?
We’re looking for a hands-on Outlets Manager to help lead our restaurant and bar teams.
You’ll oversee daily operations, support and coach staff, and make sure guests have a great experience every time they walk through the door.
This is a people-first role, you should enjoy being on the floor, working with your team, and solving problems in real time.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support team members during service
- Keep operations running smoothly day to day
- Help manage ordering, inventory, and costs
- Handle guest questions and ensure great experiences
- Step in where needed to keep service strong and consistent
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator and team leader
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations (ordering, inventory, etc.)
Must have AM and PM availability.
