Front Desk Supervisor
Job Description:
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for leading front desk operations, ensuring outstanding guest service aligned with company and Holiday Inn brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve guest issues utilizing effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Answer questions about properties, rooms, services, and policies
- Provide information about area attractions, property, rates, amenities, and policies
- Take reservations using proprietary reservation system and phone system
- Respond to all calls, emails, or messages in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and the phones
- Train and develop new team members on rooms management/reservation systems.
- Partner with sales team to manage group, corporate and government business.
- Assist with building group blocks and rooming lists.
- Working as a team with other departments to provide excellent customer service (i.e., reservations, reception, F&B, cleaning)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have availability to work weekends and evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
