Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and friendliness at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee night audit operations, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Foster a positive work environment by training staff on hospitality management best practices, phone etiquette, and guest relations

  • Extensive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and guest services
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
