We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel management systems
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain guest records, update profiles, and handle special requests with care
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems preferred
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic administrative tasks
