Overview
Holiday Harbor Marina is hiring a full time Forklift Operator/ Dock hand.
Forklift training will be completed onsite and previous experience is not required.
This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions with limited access to covered shelter.
Work days will consist of two weekdays and Friday through Sunday.
Weekends are mandatory.
Transportation, customer service and timeliness are mandatory.
Duties
Primary duties include the launching and retrieving of boats, assisting customers with docking and fueling, and contributing to ongoing maintenance projects year round.
You must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Starting pay is $18 per hour and upon onsite forklift certification the wage will be increased to $22.25 per hour.
Applicants must be 18 years old for this position per OSHA.
Full time employees are eligible for partial reimbursement of health insurance premium costs, along with paid vacation after 1 year of employment, and yearly bonuses.
