Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Boat Operations: Help dock and undock boats, secure boats with lines and anchors, and assist passengers in boarding and disembarking.
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Clean and maintain boats and equipment, perform minor repairs, and keep the dock area clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, provide information about services and safety procedures, and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor weather conditions, and respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed.
- Equipment Management: Prepare and organize watersports equipment, inspect equipment for damage, and ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Boating license and livery license (if you don’t have these, you can obtain them during training)
- Prior watersports experience is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
