Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation for special events or catering orders
- Monitor buffet areas for cleanliness, restock items as needed, and ensure an inviting environment for guests
- Support banquet or catering functions by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent food handling skills
